木霉菌可湿性粉剂对番茄枯萎病防治效果探究

Control efficacy of Trichoderma wettable powder on tomato Fusarium wilt

摘要: 为了评价木霉菌可湿性粉剂对番茄枯萎病的防治效果,进行了木霉菌可湿性粉剂(2×108 cfu/g)防治番茄枯萎病的田间试验。结果表明,木霉菌可湿性粉剂用量为15 000 g/hm2时,药后90 d,对番茄枯萎病的防效可以保持在70%以上。因此,木霉菌可湿性粉剂对番茄枯萎病具有较好的防治效果,与对照药剂防效相当,可以用来防治番茄枯萎病,并具有明显的促生长作用。

Abstract: To evaluate the control potential of Trichoderma wettable powder against tomato Fusarium wilt, we tested the control efficacy of Trichoderma wettable powder (2×108  cfu/g) on tomato Fusarium wilt in field experiments. The result demonstrated that the use of Trichoderma wettable powder (15 000 g/hm2) could remarkably control Fusarium wilt diseases for tomatoes and the efficacy was maintained at >70% after 90 days of treatment. Therefore, the control efficacy of Trichoderma wettable powder on tomato Fusarium wilt was equivalent to that of the control agent. This was suitable to control tomato Fusarium wilt and could significantly promote the growth of tomatoes.
