基于前景理论的节假日停车选择行为研究

Holiday parking choice behavior model based on the prospect theory

摘要: 以北京颐和园为例,基于前景理论,建立节假日停车选择决策模型。为确定停车选择影响因素的参照点,对实际调查数据进行多元回归分析。建立了影响节假日停车选择决策的各个因素的价值函数,以及游客关于行程时间的概率重要性系数函数,计算得到了单个停车选择影响因素的前景值。利用熵权TOPSIS法确定影响因素的权重,综合考虑停车选择的因素确定得到方案选择的最终综合前景值,对所有停车方案的贴近度进行排序从而做出停车选择决策。基于期望效用理论,建立ML模型,研究游客停车选择行为的影响因素。最后将根据模型计算得出的方案排序与实际调查结果进行对比,验证了前景理论适合用于节假日景区的停车选择行为的研究。

Abstract: Taking Summer Palace of Beijing as an example, the prospect theory was used to establish a decision-making model for the holiday parking choice. In order to determine the reference points of factors to influence parking choice, the actual survey data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The value function of each factor affecting holiday parking choice decision-making and the probability importance coefficient function of tourists about travel time were built up, and then the prospect value of single influencing factor of parking choice was calculated. The weighting of influencing factors was determined by entropy weight-TOPSIS to get the comprehensive attribute value of the parking choice, so as to make the choice of the parking plan. Based on expected utility theory, ML model was established to study the influencing factors of tourists' parking choice behavior. Finally, comparing the rankings of the calculations based on the model with the actual survey results, it is verified that the prospect theory is suitable for the study of holiday parking choice.
