Sr含量对A356合金微观组织及力学性能的影响

摘要:

通过在A356合金中添加Al-10Sr中间合金,分析Sr含量对A356合金微观组织及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着Sr含量的增加,其力学性能先升高后降低。当Sr加入量质量分数达到0.03%时,其抗拉强度为204 MPa、延伸率为10.4%,较未变质的A356合金分别提升了18%、189%。通过微观组织分析表明,Sr的添加能够明显改善A356合金中共晶硅相的形貌,由粗大的针片状转变为细小的纤维状或颗粒状,从而改善合金的力学性能。

Abstract:

We analyzed the impact of Sr content on microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 alloy through Al10Sr master alloy addition. Results show that mechanical properties of A356 alloy first increase and then decrease with the increase of Sr content. It has tensile strength of 204 MPa and elongation rate of 10.4% for Sr content of 0.03%. The two parameters are improved by 18% and 189%, as compared with unmodified A356 alloy. Microstructure analysis indicates that Sr addition can significantly change the morphology of eutectic silicon, from coarse plate form to fine fibrous or particle form, so its mechanical properties are improved.
