海洋石油平台导管架安全监测系统

Safety monitoring system for jacket structure of offshore platform

摘要: 基于光纤光栅传感原理研发了应变、倾角和加速度传感器,应变测试精度达到5 με,倾角测试精度达到0.02°,加速度测试在40 Hz以下灵敏度达到800 pm/g。应用传感器建立了一套海洋平台导管架安全监测系统,实现了对腿桩支撑力、平台倾斜和摆幅的在线监测;通过建立导管架力学模型计算其应力状况,分析导管架的安全性并进行预警。系统成功应用于南海石油平台监测,为海洋平台的结构安全提供了保障。

Abstract: We develop strain, tilt and acceleration sensors with strain accuracy of 5 με, tilt angle precision of 0.02°, and acceleration sensitivity of 800 pm/g below 40 Hz, based on the principle of fiber Bragg grating (FBG).We further employed them to establish a safety monitoring system for the jacket structure of offshore platform. We implement online monitoring for pileleg supporting force, platform tilt and swing amplitude. We also calculate its strain situation by constructing a mechanical model for jacket structure, analyze the security of the jacket structure and conduct alert.The system has been successfully applied in an oil platform at South China Sea, and provide security guarantee for the jacket structure.
