摘要:

       本文以电子节气门控制系统为例,提出了一种基于历史故障库的故障诊断模型,首先通过异动数据流的采集与数据预处理生成故障征兆向量,将征兆向量输入到历史故障库中进行故障模式匹配,未能匹配的征兆向量作为训练样本通过决策树C4.5的算法,得到故障征兆和故障原因对应规则,然后存入历史故障库中为未来的诊断提供依据。测试表明文章所建立的诊断模型具有一定的可靠性和准确性。

Abstract:

     The paper presents a history fault database based fault diagnosis model, taking ETCs as an example. A fault symptom vector is initially generated through acquiring abnormal data stream and preprocessing them. It is then fed into a history fault database to match a fault pattern. The unmatched vector serves as a training sample to obtain the corresponding rule between fault symptom and fault cause through decision tree algorithm C4.5. The rule is saved into the history fault database and provide the reference for future diagnosis. Test shows that the diagnosis model has certain reliability and validity.
