Collaborative optimization of train timetabling and rolling stock based on passenger demand

摘要: 随着城市规模的扩大,对城市轨道交通的需求日渐增长,对城市轨道交通的运营服务质量提出了较高要求。根据乘客需求,以最小乘客总等待时间和城市轨道交通系统运营成本为综合目标,建立混合整数规划模型。通过模拟退火算法,设计给出了某一线路的列车时刻表和车底调度方案,并通过算例分析验证其可行性。结果表明,该模型可以根据乘客需求设计出一个合适的列车时刻表和车底调度协同优化方案。

Abstract: The demand for urban railways is increasing with the expansion of the scale of urban rail transit, resulting in a high requirement with respect to the operation quality of urban rail transit services. Given the demand of passengers, this study establishes a mixed integer model to minimize the total passenger waiting time and operational cost of the urban rail system. An annealing algorithm is simulated to design the train timetable and rolling stock schedule for a certain route, and calculations and examples are used to analyze their feasibility. The results denote that the proposed model can be used to design a proper train timetabling and rolling stock scheduling plan based on the passenger demand.
