突发事件下城市轨道交通列车时刻表调整及系统实现

Timetable adjustment and system realization of urban rail transit in emergent situation

摘要: 为提高突发事件下城市轨道列车时刻表编制工作的效率,本文基于地铁运营商常用的调度手段,采取不同的调整策略,应用SQL Server 100数据库和VC++2013对列车时刻表进行调整。以北京地铁1号线列车时刻表为例,在部分区间完全封闭的情况下,实现开行小交路的仿真方案。结果表明,本文提出的调整策略使突发事件下的时刻表编制工作更高效、列车运行调整更便捷,同时减小了与突发事件下实际调度手段的偏差,在应用中更容易实现。

Abstract: To improve the compiling efficiency of urban rail train timetable in emergent situation, we employ SQL Server 10.0 database and VC++ 2013 to adjust the train schedule based on the conventional scheduling methods of subway operators and different scheduling policies. We perform the simulation scheme of part route for complete blockade at a track line, taking Beijing metro line 1 as an instance. Results show that the presented adjustment policy makes timetable compiling work more efficient and adjustment of train operation more convenient in emergent situation. In addition, it reduces the deviation from practical scheduling methods in emergency so it is more easier to be implemented in practical applications.
