碳含量对低铬合金钢耐磨性影响的研究

摘要:

       利用磨损试验机研究了碳含量对低铬合金钢耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着碳含量的升高,硬度逐渐增加,磨损率降低,耐磨性提高。当碳的质量分数在0.27%~0.4%时,随着碳含量的增加磨损率降低,耐磨性提高,而且变化明显;当碳质量分数大于0.4%以后,磨损率趋于稳定,耐磨性变化不大。

Abstract:

       We address the impacts of carbon content on wear resistance of lowchromium alloy steel. Results show that its hardness gradually increases with the increase of carbon content. Lower wear rate and higher wear resistance are therefore acquired. Its wear rate obviously decreases and its wear resistance significantly increases with the increase of carbon content when carbon content is 0.27%~0.4%. However, wear rate tends to be stable and wear resistance hardly changes when carbon content is higher than 0.4%.
