摘要:

        应用光纤布拉格光栅传感技术,设计了一种光纤光栅机械振动监测系统,该系统通过对传感器返回的实时振动信号做快速解调,从而实现了振动频率、加速度、速度、位移等多参数监测与远程传输,同时提供了完善的数据分析与显示功能。试验结果显示,该系统可有效应用于涡轮发动机、煤矿通风机等机械设备的振动监测中,为机械设备的故障诊断提供了软件支持。

Abstract:

         We designed a fiber grating mechanical vibration monitoring system with fiber Bragg grating sensor. The system realized multiple parameter monitoring and remote transmission of vibration frequency, acceleration, velocity and displacement by fast demodulation of real time vibration signal and could provide complete data analysis and display. Experimental results show that the system can be effectively applied to turbine engine and coal mine vibration monitoring, and can provide software support for the fault diagnosis of a mechanical equipment.
