摘要:

       为有效地实现大规模、多类型海洋资料浮标的运行监控与管理,依托北斗二代卫星导航系统的定位和短信通信功能,分别实现浮标位置定位和数据传送,将北斗定位与GPS定位相结合以弥补位置数据丢失、错误等问题。通过数据分包技术克服北斗通讯数据长度的限制,并设计了数据包缓冲接收和数据包动态拼接的方法,有效地实现大规模的浮标数据接收处理。实验结果表明,该方式定位精度高、通讯稳定性好、数据接收率高,能有效满足海洋资料浮标用户对于浮标的管理需求。

Abstract:

We employ the positioning and short-message communication functionalities of BeiDou  2nd Satellite Navigation System to implement positioning and data transmission of buoy positions for the supervision and management of large-scale and multi-type buoys. We combine continuous geographic coordinates by BeiDou and GPS positioning together to compensate loss and error of position data. Data segmentation technology is employed to overcome transmission length limit of BeiDou data. Large-scale buoy data are efficiently received and processed by dynamic buffer pool and data stitching. Experiments show that the approach has higher localization accuracy, better communication stability and higher receiving rate. This can satisfy the requirements of ocean buoy management.
