摘要：

针对出行示意图的开发，提出了一种基于OpenLayers和TileCache开源技术的WebGIS设计方案。借助OpenLayers的功能实现示意图的展示，采用TileCache实现示意图的缓存机制，降低了开发难度和成本，提高了显示性能和界面功能，获得较好的客户体验。

Abstract:

This paper presents an OpenLayers and TileCache based WebGIS design scheme for the development of a tourist sketch map. OpenLayers is employed to exhibit a tourist sketch map, and TileCache is employed to cache a tourist sketch map. This design decreases development difficulty and cost, and increases display performance and interface functionality. It therefore achieves better customer experience.
