除尘系统故障树模块化诊断方法的研究

摘要: 在分析除尘器滤袋失效因素的基础上,提出了一种基于相对重要度的故障树模块化分析方法。以某袋式除尘器滤袋失效故障树为例,采用深度优先最左遍历,获取相互独立的子模块,计算模块、最小割集的相对重要度,实现故障的快速定位。该研究有利于布袋除尘器的改进和完善,为除尘器故障诊断专家系统的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: In this study,a modular fault tree analysis method has been proposed based on the relative importance for identifying the failure factors associated with bag filters.By considering the fault tree of the bag filter as an example,the depth-first left-most traversal was used to obtain independent sub-modules.The relative importance of the modules and the minimally cut set were obtained to achieve rapid fault location.This result is beneficial for ensuring the improvement and perfection of bag filter,providing a basis for conducting further research on the fault diagnosis expert system of bag filters.
