摘要：

针对食品安全、溯源及监管的需求，在已有高速灌装线上加装了基于OmniView的视频检测系统，设计、开发了高速灌装生产线专用控制系统。控制系统应用WINCE Qt 4.7.3，基于山科PLC平台开发，具有包装外观质量检测、不良产品剔除以及生产日期/条码&二维码/批次编码校验等专用功能，实现了灌装、检测的融合。该系统已经在大容量装液体食品无菌砖型纸盒灌装机中应用，满足了灌装线的高速要求，运行稳定、可靠，提升了灌装产品的质量，为产品的整个追溯过程提供了依据。

Abstract:

For the requirement of food safety, traceability and regulation, we design a special control system for highspeed filling line with a OmniView based video detection system. It is developed based on SKPLC and WINCE Qt 4.7.3, and has such special functionalities as quality inspection for appearance, removing of bad products, checking for production date, bar code & two dimensional code,and batch code. We merge filling and detection. It has been applied in largecapacity aseptic carton filling machine, and satisfies highspeed requirement of filling line. It is stable and reliable, and improves the quality of filling products.It can also provide evidence for the whole traceable process.
