摘要:

    为验证车身控制器(BCM)软件的正确性和可靠性,设计了一款通用的BCM硬件在环测试系统。系统由测试软件、数据采集部分和调理电路组成,具有数据采集、状态显示、模拟控制和在线测试等功能。在分析测试需求的基础上,通过单项功能测试对测试过程进行了说明。最后对某BCM产品进行测试,结果证明系统能够满足使用要求,提高了工作效率,且可以推广到有相似需求的其他工作中使用。

Abstract:

    We design a universal hardwareintheloop test system for a vehicle body control module (BCM) to verify the validity and reliability of its software. It includes test software, data acquisition and periphery circuit and has such functionalities as data acquisition, status display, analogous control and online testing. We explain the test process by an individual functionality test based on the analysis of test requirement. A BCM product is tested with the system.Test result indicates that the system can satisfy the reality requirements, and can improve work efficiency. It therefore can be applied to other application scenarios with similar requirements.
