         基于嵌入式μC/OSII平台设计了一种车辆动态称重系统,该系统采用两组压力传感器直接判断汽车行驶方向,判断更加准确;有效解决了由于传感器的非线性和车辆速度因素导致的称重误差,能够快速准确地对过往的车辆进行称重,实时计算、存储、显示,并根据实际情况实施控制。车辆的称重实验表明,相比以往动态称重系统,本系统抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、称重精确。

Abstract:

 We design a μC/OS-II based vehicle dynamic weighing system. It can detect vehicle direction through two pairs of pressure sensors and effectively reduce the weighing error caused by sensor nonlinearity and vehicle speed. The system can also rapidly and accurately weight vehicles, perform realtime calculation, storage and display, and be easily controlled on demand. Weighing experiment shows that the system is accurate and reliable, as compared with other weighing systems.
