废水污染源自动监测排污口规范化研究

摘要:

       总量控制监测在废水污染源监测中逐渐得到重视,它一方面要求对排污口进行规范化整治,另一方面使得污染源监测逐渐由人工监测转向自动监测。因此为保证废水总量控制监测的顺利实施,急需进行适用于自动监测系统的排污口规范化研究。本文阐述了排污口规范化的目的、内容、原则和整治现状,分析了废水污染源自动监测中的流量测定方法,并研究了各个流量测定方法的适用条件,以及对排污口规范化的要求,为进行自动监测废水流量方法筛选提供依据。同时对济南市重点监控废水污染源企业进行了排污口规范化现状调查,并对存在的问题进行分析以及提供相关建议,为今后实施排污口规范化积累经验。

Abstract:

          Total amount control and monitoring receive increasing attention in monitoring of sewage pollution sources. It requires standardization of sewage outlets and monitoring conversion of pollution sources from manual labor to automation. Satisfying these requirements needs to address the standardization of automatic monitoring system installed sewage outlets. This paper presents its destination, contents, principle and status quo and analyzes its flow determination methods. This paper also investigates the applicable conditions of these methods and requirements for the standardization of sewage outlets, so it provides accordance for the selection of these methods. The paper eventually presents the execution results of such standardization in some corporations of Jinan.
