香薷组织培养及快速繁殖的研究

摘要:

       以香薷的嫩茎段为材料,对生长点生长,生长芽分化,试管苗生根、移栽和移植进行了研究,成功地建立起香薷快速繁殖技术。试验结果表明:1/3MS+KT 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1是生长点生长培养的理想培养基;MS+6-BA 0.6 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L-1是生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;White+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.3 mg·L-1培养基是生长分化芽生根培养、试管苗生根继代培养和快速繁殖的理想培养基。

Abstract:

      We investigated growth of growing point, differentiation of growing buds, rooting and transplantation of tube seedling for the tender stem of  Elsholtzia ciliata. We further successfully invented a rapid propagation technology for Elsholtzia ciliate. Results show that the optimal media is 1/3MS+KT 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1 for the growth of growing point, MS+6-BA 0.6 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 for differentiation of growing buds and White+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.3 mg·L-1 for the rooting of growing differentiated buds, continuative rooting cultivation of tube seedling and rapid propagation.
