旋转电弧窄间隙横向GMAW接头冲击韧性研究

Impact Ductility of Rotating Arc Narrow Gap Horizontal GMAW Joint

摘要:

        开发了一种新型旋转电弧窄间隙横向焊接技术,前期的研究结果表明该技术可以有效地控制横向焊接的熔池行为,消除横向焊接焊缝下塌缺陷的产生。本文在前期研究的基础上对12Ni3CrMoV高强度高韧性钢新型旋转电弧窄间隙横向GMAW接头冲击韧性进行了研究。0℃试验温度下母材的平均冲击功是236 J,热影响区和焊缝金属的平均冲击功分别是212.2 J和115.4 J。与母材相比,热影响区的韧性没有显著降低,其平均冲击功仅比母材下降了10.2%,这说明旋转电弧窄间隙MAG横向焊接条件下的焊接热循环对母材的损伤很小。

Abstract:

         We developed a novel rotating arc horizontal wielding technology. Previous results indicated that this technology could effectively control the molten pool behavior of horizontal wielding, and eliminate the negative of wielding slit sinking. This paper further investigates the impact ductility of the novel rotating arc narrow gap horizontal GMAW joint of the 12Ni3CrMoV steel.Results demonstrate that the average impact energy of the base material, heat affected zone (HAZ) and wield zone is 236 J, 212.2 J and 115.4 J when temperature is 0℃. The impact ductility of HAZ only approximately decreases 10.2%, as compared with that of the base material. This shows that the thermal cycle of rotating arc narrow gap horizontal GMAW does not significantly deteriorate the ductility of the base material.
