基于ProCAST的大型铝合金横梁铸造过程模拟及工艺方案优化

Simulation and optimization of the casting process for the large aluminum alloy beam based on ProCAST

摘要: 采用铸造工艺模拟软件ProCAST对大型铝合金横梁砂型重力铸造充型和凝固过程进行了模拟,预测了铸造缺陷产生的区域并分析了原因。在此基础上,通过合理调整浇冒口系统的设计,并在局部区域配合使用冷铁增强冷却效果,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,优化了铸造工艺方案,为工艺实施奠定了基础。

Abstract: The casting process simulation software ProCAST was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the sand gravity casting of the large aluminum alloy. The location of the casting defects was predicted, and their causes were analyzed.Based on that,the cooling effect was enhanced by rationally adjusting the pouring riser system and cold iron in special area.The casting process plan was optimized, which laid the foundation for process implementation.
