摘要:

综述了无溶剂绝缘浸渍硅树脂的制备、应用及研究进展,认为目前中国在该领域存在的问题主要是制备原料的纯度达不到要求、尚无稳定的催化剂体系、浸渍硅树脂的应力稳定性较差以及缺乏成熟的施工工艺。对无溶剂绝缘浸渍硅树脂体系配方组成、分子结构、性能以及与之相配套的实施工艺的研究是未来的研究热点。

Abstract:

We reviewed preparation, application and research advances in solvent free insulated and impregnated silicone resin.We thought the issues in this area were poor purification of raw materials,unstable catalyzer, bad stress stability of impregnated silicone resin and no mature construction technology. Future research focus will be its formula composition, molecular structure, properties and associated construction technologies.
