摘要:
应用扫描电子显微镜对百合属(Lilium L.)植物3种1变种的花粉形态进行了观察研究。结果显示:花粉形态皆呈椭圆体,具单沟萌发器官。花粉粒在大小、外壁雕纹等性状上种间差异显著。

Abstract:
We investigate pollen morphology of 3 species and 1 variety of Lilium L.with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results show that these pollen grains are ellipse and monocolpate and that significant distinction exists in size and exine sculpture among different species.
