摘要:

     建立了HPLC法同时测定小花鬼针草中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷含量的方法。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈0.2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为360 nm。结果表明,芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮苷在0.50~12.50 μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、0.49~12.35 μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、0.42~10.55 μg/mL(r=0.999 5)范围内线性良好,平均回收率为99.37%(RSD=0.56 %)、99.35%(RSD=0.57 %)、99.68%(RSD=0.56 %)。该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于同时测定鬼针草中3种黄酮成分的含量。

Abstract:

We establish a HPLC based method for determining the contents of rutin, hyperoside and quercetin from Bidens parviflora Willd. The linear ranges of rutin, hyperoside and quercetin are 0.50~12.50 μg/mL(r=0.999 9), 0.49~12.35 μg/mL(r=0.999 8), 0.42~10.55 μg/mL (r=0.999 5), and the average recovery rates (n=3) are 99.37%(RSD=0.56%), 99.35%(RSD=0.57%), 99.68%(RSD=0.56) under the conditions of DiamonsilC18column, mobile phase of acetonitrile0.2% glacial acetic acid, flow rate of 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm. The method is simple, accurate and repeatable and can be employed to determine three flavonoid contents from Bidens parviflora Willd.
