摘要:

以AreGIS Engine技术为核心,.NET为开发平台,集成SQLServer、WinForm和一键导出word等技术,设计了北海区海水环境监测数据分析评价系统,实现监测数据导入与标准化处理、监测数据预警、数据库管理、查询与统计、海水质量评价和一键式产品制作等功能。实际应用表明,系统运行良好。利用代码实现Spatial Analyst Tools中的分析功能,可显著提高业务人员的办公效率和业务质量,为其他海洋环境监测与评价系统的研发提供了示范,并为海洋管理部门实时掌握海洋监测数据信息、快速诊断海洋环境质量状况提供了技术保障。

Abstract:

We design North China Sea environmental monitoring data analysis and evaluation system with ArcGIS Engine as a core and .NET as a development platform. The system integrates a SQL server, WinForm, a key export word, etc. It can achieve such functionalities as monitoring data import and standardization, data early warning, database management, query and statistics, sea water quality evaluation and onetouch product production. Application results show that the system operates well. We employ software codes to achieve analysis functionalities of Spatial Analyst Tools. The system can significantly improve office efficiency and quality, provide an example for the development of other marine environmental monitoring and evaluation system and technical support for realtime control and rapid diagnosis of marine monitoring data.
