摘要:

       设计了一种利用DNS原理来检测还原糖的测定仪,该测定仪可以检测低浓度的还原糖,操作方便、维护简单、精度高、重复性好。利用比色法检测加热前后染液的吸光值差值来计算样品中还原糖的含量,得到还原糖含量和吸光值成比例关系。最后利用0.1%的葡萄糖进行定标测量,线性在0.99以上,测量范围在0%~0.1%。可以稳定地检测到啤酒、山梨醇和发酵液等样品里还原糖的含量,不受氨离子的干扰,效果好、数据准确可靠、使用方便。

Abstract:

       We designed a DNS based reducing sugar detector. It has such advantages as low-concentration reducing sugar detection, convenient operation, easy maintenance, high accuracy and good repeatability. It employs colorimetry to detect the differential light absorption value of dye liquor before and after heating and then to calculate the content of reducing sugar in a sample. We discover that the content of reducing sugar is proportional to the light absorption value. Glucose of 0.1% is used to calibrate measurement. The linear rate of more than 0.99 exists when the concentration range is between 0% and 0.1%. The detector can stably detect the content of reducing sugar in beer, sorbitol and ferment.
