摘要:

基于岸站视频图像分析的非接触式海洋波浪观测技术的效果很大程度上受到图像序列中波峰二维坐标的采集精度的影响。为了改进传统算法在采集过程中精度和实时性的不足,本文基于轮廓线提取技术,提出了一种波峰坐标采集算法,并且引入坍塌函数终止失效的坐标采集。该算法只对用户关注的波峰区域进行处理,在精确的采集每一个波峰点二维坐标的同时记录相邻点的前后关系,在相关观测技术中具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:

Shore station video analysis based noncontact ocean wave observation is greatly impacted by the accuracy of crest 2D coordinate in a wave image. We present a contour extraction based crest coordinate collection algorithm to compensate such negatives of traditional algorithms as poor accuracy and realtime. We also introduce a collapse function to terminate the invalid coordinate collection. The algorithm only highlights the concerned crest area and records the relationship of adjoined points when precisely collecting the 2D coordinate of every crest. It has higher practicability in relative observation technology.
