            The possibility of use of bioactivated carboneous sorbent (BACS, carbon sorbent based on vegetal resources bioactivated by native complex of oiloxidizing microorganisms) for the degradation of various petroleum products in contaminated soil was investigated, petroleum biodegradation degree reached to 40%~50% during first 10~14 days, and more than 90% after the period above 30~40 days, the residual hydrocarbon content in studied soilground decreased to 2%~3%, obvious decrease of the content of saturates and aromatics components but notable increase of tar components and asphaltenes in the residual oil. In both Ukraine and Russia, the testing of BACS on contaminated natural oilfields at oilrecovery and oilrefinery enterprises was conducted. As a result, the high efficiency of BACS for eliminating petroleum contamination of soil was satisfied.

             This paper presents two neighborhood intersection conditions for λ4-optimality in a graphs. Let G be a λ4connected graph of order greater than 11. If the inequality |N(u)∩N(v)|≥5 holds and neither u nor v lies on a triangle(u and v are nonadjacent vertices),or the inequality |N(u)∩N(v)|≥7 holds and either u or v lies on a triangle,then G is λ4-optimal.If the inequality |N(u)∩N(v)|≥5 holds and any one edge xy holds the inequality |N(x)∩N(y)|≤2,then G is also λ4optimal.These results can be applied to the analysis of network reliability.

              We present the concept of B*- pure ordered semigroups and investigate its properties and some equivalent conditions. We eventually derive the relationship between the semilattice of tsimple ordered semigroups and that of the B*-pure ordered semigroups. We therefore generalize the property of B*- pure semigroups and draw a conclusion that a semigroup is the semilattice of ordered groups on the condition that a semigroup is normal and regular.

             This paper addresses the orbit equation ∑′ passing a fixed point and the midpoint in the secant of a fixed quadratic surface and the orbit equation ∑″ of a point dividing a line segment in a given ratio between a fixed point and a moving point of a quadratic surface. This paper further presents such orbit equations as ∑′ and ∑″ for seventeen quadratic surfaces and derives two important conclusions for typepreserving of quadratic surfaces.

            We employ quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) to investigate the effects of reagent rotational excitation on the stereo dynamics of the reaction H+HeH+→H+2+He on the potential energy surface of Ramachandran. We also calculate the distributions of P(θr) (correlation of two vectors k-j′) and P(φr) (correlation of three vectors k-k′-j′).Results indicate that reagent rotational excitation has a considerable influence on the distribution of k-j′ correlation and kk′-j′ correlation.Rotational polarization of product H+2 shows different characters for different rotational excitation and its polarization dependent differential cross sections (PDDCSs) are quite sensitive to its rotational quantum number j. Moreover, reagent rotational excitation has little influence on the crosssections.

This paper classifies such recently reported natural products of antitumor neovascularization as terpenoids, phenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, anthraquinones, etc. This paper also surveys some fruits on tumor angiogenesis suppression of natural products in order to provide some new ideas for the development of Chinese antitumor drugs.

            We performed insertional mutation for Trichoderma viride LTR-2 by Agrobacteria tuefaxiensmediated transformation and obtained 400 mutants. We selected six highyield mutants from these four hundred mutants by powder bacteriostatic circle method. These mutants were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometric detection. The content of 5,6-dihydro-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-one is 2.62 mg/g, which is produced by one mutant T-54 in a PDA plate and is nine times as that by LTR-2.

             We compared two different extraction and determination approaches of chlorpyrifos in water. The approach of petroleum ether extraction and UV spectrophotometer determination is simpler and quicker, so it can be employed for initial screening of massive samples. The approach of ethyl acetate extraction and HPLC determination has higher precision than the former approach, but it is timeconsuming and laborious, so it is suitable for the accurate determination of a small quantity of samples. The minimum detectable concentrations of these two approaches are 0.1 mg·L-1 and 0.02 mg·L-1, respectively.

             We presented highpressure obturator digestion and microwave digestion methods to determine soil organic matter content by the comparison of multiple soil organic matter determination methods. Results show that the relative error and relative standard error of these two methods are less than 1.35% and 4.79%, so they are superior to traditional methods. We recommended microwave digestion as the optimum method for the determination of soil organic matter content in view of its longterm stability and facilitated operation.

             We developed a novel rotating arc horizontal wielding technology. Previous results indicated that this technology could effectively control the molten pool behavior of horizontal wielding, and eliminate the negative of wielding slit sinking. This paper further investigates the impact ductility of the novel rotating arc narrow gap horizontal GMAW joint of the 12Ni3CrMoV steel.Results demonstrate that the average impact energy of the base material, heat affected zone (HAZ) and wield zone is 236 J, 212.2 J and 115.4 J when temperature is 0℃. The impact ductility of HAZ only approximately decreases 10.2%, as compared with that of the base material. This shows that the thermal cycle of rotating arc narrow gap horizontal GMAW does not significantly deteriorate the ductility of the base material.

            The status monitoring system of a turbinegenerator and auxiliaries employs the same keyphase as that of the turbinegenerator when monitoring the status of auxiliaries. The data from the auxiliary TSI buffer interface has to be integral cycles cut off for the negative of the desynchronization between the sampling signal of an auxiliary and its keyphase. We can therefore estimate the running status of individual auxiliary more accurately.

             This paper designs a longdistance highvoltage direct current (HVDC) transmission system for submarine observation network. This system changes AC into highvoltage DC, then transmits highvoltage DC to nodes through DC transmission lines, and reduces highvoltage DC to available power supply.              We devise a portable immobilized enzyme biosensor analyzer for the requirement of instant analysis without power supply. It includes a microcontroller STC12C5A32S2 (a main controller) and a highcapacity rechargeable Liion battery (a power supply). We also employ a glucose biosensor and standard glucose solution to test its performance. Test result shows that it has better consistency for the repetition test of the same sample and better linear response for different concentration samples.

             We design a signal acquisition system for the detection of the content of soil organic matter, which is based on a single chip microcomputer (SCM). Its core chip is ATmega16 and optoelectronic conversion module is a HAMAMATSU made photomultiplier. It communicates with a PC through a RS-232 serial interface. Experiments show that the system is reliable and satisfies the design requirements.

             This paper employs the combination of attributebased access control model (ABAC) and ontology technology to expand the XACML standard structure in order to simplify the access control strategy management in the serviceoriented architecture. This paper then presents a new access control model, ontologybased serviceoriented attributebased access control model (OB_ABAC). Its ontologybased attribute management simplifies the authorization strategy for the heterogeneous attribute of serviceoriented architecture.

             We collect signal strength at different positions in wireless sensor networks covering areas.We also employ Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network to construct a mapping model between signal strength and the coordinate of a node. We then train such a neural network with the collected signal strength value (an input vector) before use the trained neural network to localize an unknown node.Experimental results show that this model has higher accuracy, whose average localization error is less than 10%.

               We design a vehicle borne electronic police system that includes radar speed detection, video capture, PTZ and lens control and data management of illegal evidence. The system employs serial communications, video compression, license plate recognition and neural network training to monitor, capture, record and punish such illegal behavior as vehicles over speed, driving on single and double yellow lines, illegal parking and Uturn, reverse traffic, illegal overtaking, etc. This system therefore provides great convenience for the forensics of illegal traffic behavior. Experimental results show that the system has high reliability, high recognition rate, better realtime performance and higher comprehensive efficiency.
