砂滤-固定化菌剂活性炭对含油污水处理的室内研究

摘要:

针对油田所产生的含油污水,设计了砂滤固定化菌剂活性炭深度处理装置,研究对污水中油和SS污染物的去除效果。室内实验结果表明,经过此过滤装置的含油污水,最终出水中油和SS的含量分别为3.25 mg·L-1和26 mg·L-1。石油降解菌剂对石油的降解率在10 d 内可达35.6%,显示了此种菌剂在含油污水处理领域具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:

In view of the oily wastewater produced by the oilfield, an advanced treatment unit with sand filtrationactivated carbon immobilized microbial agents was designed to study the removal effect of oil and SS pollutants in sewage. The results indicated that when oily wastewater passed through the filtering device, the concentrations of oil and SS in the final effluent was 3.25 mg·L-1 and 26 mg·L-1, respectively. In addition, the oil could be removed by activated carbon immobilized microorganism and the removal rate could reach 35.6% within 10 d, which indicates that this kind of immobilized microorganism technique has a good potential in the field of oily wastewater treatment.
