Impact of Cr on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled TRIP steel sheet

摘要:

以两种合金成分的相变诱导塑性钢为实验对象,先利用热模拟试验机确定其热轧及热处理参数后,经过热轧、冷轧工艺并连续退火,研究其力学性能。金相组织及宏观织构的特征。实验结果表明,Cr元素可以稳定低温奥氏体,降低贝氏体形成温度,使贝氏体的孕育期延长,增加最终组织中的贝氏体及残余奥氏体的体积分数;Cr元素的添加还增强了试验钢的力学性能,添加了Cr元素的2#钢强度和塑性均比没有添加的1#钢要高;两种成分的TRIP钢织构情况相似,主要组分包括:{332}纤维织构,{110}<001>组分和{112}<110>组分,可见Cr元素在提高钢板强度增加延伸率的同时,并没有损害钢板的成形性能。

Abstract:

 We addressed TRIP steel with two different alloy contents. We initially determined its hot rolling and annealing parameters with Gleeble thermalmechanical simulating tester. We further investigated its mechanical properties, metallographic structure and macrotexture through hot and cold rolling and continuous annealing. Experimental results indicate that Cr element can stabilize low temperature austenite, reduce formation temperature of bainite, extend induction period of bainite, and increase volume fraction of austenite and banite in final microstructure of steel 2#. Cr element also increases mechanical properties of steel 2#, better strength and plasticity than steel 1# (no Cr addition). The texture characteristics of steel 1# and 2# are similar, including {332} line texture, {110}<001> and {112}<110> texture component. Cr element therefore increases the strength and ductility of sheet steel without formability reduction.
