高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱法区分黑色签字笔种类

Black gel ink type distinction by high performance liquid chromatogramtime of flight mass spectrometer

摘要: 采用高效液相色谱飞行时间质谱仪对黑色签字笔字迹中成分进行检测。应用甲醇:水(1:1,V/V)提取样品后,利用ESI正离子模式检测,采用差异组学方法提取每种样品中的特异离子,最后用SPSS软件主成分分析法分析。结果表明,24种样品均可有效区分。本研究的建立为签字笔种类区分和书写时间鉴定提供了新的方法。

Abstract: We detect the components of black gel ink handwriting with high performance liquid chromatogramtime of flight mass spectrometer. We applied methanol and water (1:1,V/V) compound to the extraction of samples and ESI+ mode to their detection. We also extracted specific ion in every sample by differential proteomics method. We eventually analyzed the results by SPSS software principal component analysis method. Results show that 24 kinds of samples can all be effectively distinguished. This research can provide a new method for the distinction of gel pen type and the identification of writing time moment.
