摘要:

      针对铁路装卸设备投资决策中信息贫乏的特点,采用改进的灰色关联模型对设备投资涉及的决策进行分析评估。该模型对传统灰色关联模型的归一化方法存在的"只奖不罚"的不足做了分析改进,并将改进后的模型应用于路局装卸设备的租赁与购买设备的投资方案比选分析上,与传统模型计算的数据结果进行对比验证,说明了将该方法应用于铁路装卸设备投资方案评估的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:

       An improved grey relevance model is presented to assess the policy associated with equipment investment in view of scarce information in investment of railway handling facilities. The model improves the deficiency of "only rewarding goodness without punishing badness" in traditional grey model. It is applied to the comparison of rent and purchase of railway handling facilities. Its effectiveness and feasibility are shown by comparison with the results of a traditional model.
