摘要:

      基于Greenshields模型,描述了瓶颈路段上流量的演化过程,并计算每个时刻出行者的出行费用。通过出行费用与流量的关系调整每个时刻流量的分配,直至达到用户平衡状态。文中在拥挤时段设置了一定水平的收费,并分析了收费后路段上的流量分配情况和拥挤状况。在现象分析后得到了较好的收费水平和收费时段,以及收费对缓解交通拥挤的作用。

Abstract:

     This paper presents the evolution of flow in bottleneck road section based on Greenshields model, and calculates the travel cost of travelers at each time moment. Flow allocation at each time moment is adjusted based on the relationship between total trip cost and flow till UE equilibrium is reached. The paper also designs a certain congestion pricing in congestion time period, and analyzes flow allocation and congestion situation after congestion pricing. Optimized congestion pricing and pricing time period are further obtained, which is significant for alleviating traffic congestion. 
