摘要:

镁合金材料在航空、航天、高端装备制造及汽车等领域得到了广泛的应用,但在其服役过程中存在着耐高温差的问题。本文综述了含铝元素与不含铝元素两大类耐热镁合金的研究进展。在含铝耐热镁合金中,混合稀土元素的添加可改善材料的综合力学性能;添加碱土元素可起到提高其阻燃及细化晶粒等作用;添加第Ⅳ/Ⅴ族元素能明显的改善镁合金的高温力学性能。在不含铝耐热镁合金中,添加稀土元素同样可得到综合性能优异的镁合金材料;MgTh、MgAg系镁合金具有很好的抗高温蠕变性能。随着耐热镁合金合金化和微合金化的深入研究,将对该系列新型镁合金材料的新技术开发与应用提供重要的理论依据,同时也为镁合金提供更广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:

        Magnesium alloy material has been widely applied in the field of aviation, aerospace, advanced equipment manufacturing and automobile. However, its application is bewildered by the problem of poor high temperature resistance. This paper reviews the research advances on two heatresistant magnesium alloys, aluminumcontaining heatresistant magnesium alloy and aluminumfree heatresistant magnesium alloy. The addition of mixed rare earth elements can improve its comprehensive mechanical properties for aluminumcontaining heatresistant magnesium alloy. The addition of alkalineearth metal can improve its flame retardant and refine its grain. The addition of IV/V group elements can significantly improve its high temperature mechanical property. The addition of rareearth elements can also be favorable for magnesium alloy material with excellent comprehensive properties for aluminumfree heatresistant magnesium alloy. MgTh and MgAg series magnesium alloys have better high temperature creep resistance property. Alloying and microalloying will provide important theoretical reference for the development and applications of new type magnesium alloy materials with their indepth research, and will also provide broader development prospects for magnesium alloy.
