摘要:

         在NUTM426气瓶超声波探伤设备中,以西门子S7-200PLC系统为基础, 提出了实现在线气瓶的全自动超声波探伤的控制方案和程序设计方法。以S7-200PLC为主的电控系统具有性能好、运行可靠、性价比高的特点,经过现场的调试、运行,NUTM426气瓶超声波探伤设备的电控系统的设计完全达到了探伤设备的各种动作要求,程序运行稳定。

Abstract:

        We present a control scheme and software design method of an online automatic ultrasonic detection equipment (an electrical control system) of NUTM426, based on S7-200PLC. The S7-200PLC based control system has such positive characteristics as better performance, higher reliablity and higher cost performance. Scene test shows that the system satisfies the requirements of ultrasonic flaw detection for a gas cylinder.
